EFT (Tapping) is a simple yet powerful technique that helps release stress, calm emotions, and create more balance in your life.
By gently tapping on specific points of the body, you can let go of what’s weighing you down and feel lighter, calmer, and more in control—in just minutes.
What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a simple self-help tool that blends modern psychology with ancient acupressure. By gently tapping on specific points of the body while focusing on a thought or feeling, EFT helps release emotional stress and restore balance to the mind and body. Think of it as acupuncture without needles—using your fingertips to create calm and clarity
Benefits of EFT
• Relieves stress and anxiety – calms the nervous system and quiets the mind.
• Releases emotional blocks – helps with fear, anger, guilt, overwhelm, or sadness.
• Supports physical well-being – many people notice improvements with pain, sleep, and cravings.
• Increases focus and confidence – clears mental clutter so you feel more grounded and in control.
• Encourages resilience – makes it easier to face challenges with calm and strength.
How it Works
Choose your focus
Notice a feeling, thought, or challenge you want to release
Set your intention
While tapping the side of your hand (the “karate chop” point), repeat a simple phrase like: “Even though I feel this stress, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
Tap through the points
Use two fingers to gently tap 5–7 times on each point while repeating a reminder word (like “stress” or “fear”): Eyebrow, Side of eye, Under eye, Under nose, Chin, Collarbone, Under arm, Top of head.
Take a breath
Pause, notice how you feel, and repeat until the intensity eases.
